Well, you can use a wand for faster cast speeds and then use a One-Handed sword/axe/dagger in your offhand. |

If you can get an unique called "Balefire" with near 0.5 cast speed, it is possible to get 3.0 cast speed as total. Barrage Mage has been created :D |

I am currently running a missle build using ventilate. I makes your missiles hit sooo much harder. Honestly though its really hard to clear multiple enemies. Im thinking one of the elements might be a better build choice. |

Velqor, that's why I asked - for me it seems that it also affects the Fire Ball. At least that's howit felt after chosing it and using a offhand |
