I got the quest to go in the sunken ruins but I dont know where to get the key |

The key would be dropped by headless skeletons sitting on the ground which shows "!" inside the Sunken Ruins. He/she wants a skull. So, you should first find Tangent, the standing headless skeleton, and give him 3 skull shards to create a skull to complete the mission. |

The key would not always be dropped after you beat the headless skeleton. |
