That quest have a problem right now and I'll fix it on the next update. Until then, please enjoy your adventure with that nice guy ;)

How did you complete the quest? I killed every gnoll in that zone twice and no item drop.

I somehow bluffed my way through this one as follows:

- I managed to get the loin-cloth-clad guy killed by not paying attention, then gave up and spent a few days in the Continental Highlands.
- On arriving back to the Crimson Isles the guy was resurrected
- I lost the guy again when riding and porting - not sure whether he got killed again or just couldn't keep up.
- Next time I entered Oreya's Den he magically appeared again and had a confrontation with the witch - the quest completed!

Of course when the wonderful SmokymonkeyS fix it you won't have to do all that :)

Working now.... Gnoll in a tent has the recipe. Make it up, and give it to get the underwear man. Then take him to the witch that changed him, she gets rid of him for you.
