I can't seem to find any information on the item "The Fools Bell" I picked it up from a beetle and the only description it has is "retains lightning" I believe it's a quest item but I'm not sure. Has anybody else picked up this item? Do you know what I'm supposed to do with it? |

there are three Fool's items that you should pick up to complete the quest from Nickamos. One is what you've got, the Fool's Bell, and the hint of the other two Fool items is lighting around the enemy, just like the beetle you've beaten. You can look for the two enemies in Raven Hill and the southwest seashore from West Farmstead, respectively. |
