Yes, you have to press the buttons on the floors by standing on it. There are 3 buttons in the sunken ruins, and the door wouldn't be opened until all 3 buttons are switched on. |

The buttons are randomized, so I cannot tell you where they are. You have to search nearly every places in the Sunken ruins. |
