hey tried to start a new character and the first main quest letter from sigmior cant seem to get the letter went into the gnoll den and the big boss dont come out to get to the white chest with the letter in it and yes i have the key please advice

Hi, virginianye.
If you had the sigmior key, you first have to go find a broken house (64e2), there is a dying knight, and you would get the quest fro him/her. Then, go open the white chest in the Grill Den. Once you open it, the boss would break the wall and cone out. After you get the letter from the white chest, please go 63d4 and following the direction to the capital city .
