Will we need all the marks for the cicada quest when it is ready? I cannot find #1. Found 2-4.

You can reach the temporal end of the quest of Cicada which hasn't been updated yet without #1. #4 can show you to the location.
BTW, #1 is around Rockspire Hill, near the gateway between Continentalnt Highland and Crimson Isles, where you can see an unusual skeleton lying on the ground, and #1 is on the top of the hill the skeleton lying on, which implied it is hard to get. The entrance is the same to Hidden Passage. Don't enter Hidden Passage and keep going east, and you would see a big rock and a cliff, and jump across the cliff, you would get #1.
