The map does eventually update. I don't know if it's a 100% correlation, but by the time I activate the binding stone, the map is visible for that area.

With regard to the cursor, try switching to fullscreen mode? I've noticed my desktop cursor is more frequently visible when in windowed mode. This may or may not be your issue though.

searching around a in map cant show the detail of that zone. its like a an autoset point thats will update your map about that zone was be discover when you pass, the condition is you must to pass thas point and the name of that zone will show to your screen.
binding stone is not thats point, open biding stone isnt mean you found that zone.

So you're saying the fog of war in what ever zone you're in doesn't appear and show you the geography of the landscape? As it stands I'm still in the beginner zone and nothing is loading for me on the map.
