There is a ghost near the house on the pinnacle (where you complete the Nayda Lady of the Lake quest, with the skull) who exchanges 8 vapor for 1 gio essence. The 1 essence can be exchanged (near the elven village stone at the "bad medicine" quest lady) for a potion that gives 120% damage for 30 minutes.

ALSO, there's a little girl's skeleton on a bed just south of the elven village who accepts an essence of gio to take you on a magic-bed-ride. Very fast, interesting pathway, but not really worth it to my knowledge.

thats ghost is not there ( as bent said ) from begin, you must find him in cementary garden, then do some quests, gio' vapor >> gio' enssence is the last quest of him, and thats daily quest.
